What is Pulmonary Rehabilitation?
Stone Rehab offers pulmonary rehabilitation to individuals with chronic respiratory conditions as a result of lung diseases, such as COPD, pulmonary hypertension, cystic fibrosis. Our program brings together physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy based on the specific needs of each person. We will teach you how to fully utilize your oxygen level, enabling you to deal with lung flare-ups and allowing you to perform activities of daily living.
The team at Stone Rehab helps you work within the limitations of your respiratory condition. Nursing and Physician services will teach you relaxation skills and breathing treatments using oxygen when you need it most. We understand that it can be physically draining when your lungs aren’t cooperating; we have tips to help increase your activity level so you can enjoy each day
